Aran Isle Kisheen

This sturdy handmade Irish heritage basket is called a Kisheen and is
made by Diane Carton from north Cork. It was traditionally used to carry
lunch to people working in the fields, with its distinctive tapered opening
protecting the food from the wild North-Atlantic elements and also from
falling out, while scrambling over the labyrinth of stone walls.
